The Canadian Continence Foundation (TCCF) is a national not-for-profit organization that responds to thousands of requests for information and education from individuals and healthcare professionals. Their mission is to help people living with incontinence and their caregivers understand the condition and gain access to appropriate treatment. While a variety of management options are available, many people are embarrassed to talk about their symptoms. TCCF aims to help turn a previously “unmentionable problem” into a “manageable condition.”

TCCF offers a wealth of practical information on incontinence, including books, videotapes and newsletters. Their new guide, The Source, is the first complete Canadian continence resource. A section called “The Men’s Room” provides specific information and advice for male readers.

You can download a pdf of The Source from their website or order a printed copy free-of-charge by email: continence@data-ad.ca or toll-free fax: 1-877-486-3688. Be sure to include
your name, address, telephone number, email address, number of copies, and language of choice (The Source is available in English and French).

You’re not alone: The Canadian Continence Foundation is there to help!
