About the authors: Dr. Roger AL Sutton is a Professor Emeritus of Medicine and Urological Sciences at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Robert G Josse is a Professor of Medicine and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Toronto. He is Director of the Osteoporosis Centre at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, and a former Chair of the Scientific Advisory Council of Osteoporosis Canada.
